<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
<p>I am taking part in the Hospice's Strictly Come Dancing fund raising night on 17 November. The format of the night is the same as the show - 10 couples dance two dances each, judges' comments and points awarded and then the audience votes before the champions claim the glitter ball.</p>
<p>I am dancing the tango and paso doble (the one with the swirling cape) with Amanda and hoping not to provide too much ammunition to friends with cameras! We are training hard for the event and even now my shins hurt with all the effort expended - I tread on Amanda's toes and then she kicks me in the shins!</p>
<p>The evening should be great and tickets are on sale to the public(at a cost of £10) and the event is being held at the Belgrave Rooms, Goldsmith Street, Nottingham all with the aim to raise lots of money for a great cause.</p>
