<p>Hi guys, <br>I was diagnosed in 2007 with Cervical Dystonia,and&nbsp;to be fair its the pits!! Life changing in many ways. However, with the help of the Dystonia Society, I found comfort and reassurance, through volunteers for the charity that helped me come to terms with the disorder and help me realise my life still had meaning, and that I could win this Battle.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Those of you who know me will be aware that its taken a long time for me&nbsp;to find my feet&nbsp;but I got&nbsp;there eventually, through the love and support&nbsp;of family, friends, work colleagues and&nbsp;the medical staff at Ninewells. I'll never&nbsp;forget you all x&nbsp;</p> <p>So hence the walk. I would&nbsp;love to help those who are affected by this scary, challenging&nbsp;and life changing condition.
