<p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica;">This Spring, myself and 15 colleagues from Beds and Bars are going to cycle from Bruges (Belgium) to Amsterdam (Netherlands) from the 16th-19th April, 2012. The cycle takes in part of the North Sea route and spans about 220km along the cost of Belgium and The Netherlands.</p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica;">The cycle is in aid of 'Build Africa', who helps to build schools and provide adequate teaching facilities to several communities throughout Africa.
