I'm participating in the 25km walk element of the Chichester Challenge for the Noah's Ark Appeal (Children's Hospital for Wales)

My daughter, Bethan, was admitted as an emergency patient when she was one week old.  The care provided to her and my wife was fantastic and she was able to be discharged only a week later.

She is now a typical two year old (!)
