Having never run a half marathon before, I've decided that with the aid of three of my work colleagues I will run this years Great North Run for Tommy's. The last time I have done any major "exercise" was when I quit Sunday League football 2 years ago.  This is going to be a challenge!!

Having children of my own makes me appreciate how lucky I am and how much help people who have suffered need.
