The company where I work is frequently involved in a number of charitable events/donations and at present we are involved in raising money for Diabetes UK.

Being a diabetic myself since the age of 14 years old it is a charity very close to my heart.

My work colleagues and I will be climbing Tryfan in Wales on Saturday 26th March 2011 in order to raise as much money as possible for Diabetes UK. The mountain is over 3000ft above sea level and will no doubt prove to be a tough challenge but also an extremely rewarding one. Finally for those of you out there who may be worried about whether or not I will be adequately prepared for this challege dont worry as I will take plenty of lucozade with me!

P.S I appreciate that I have setup this page only 6 days prior to the climb up Tryfan but at least its better late than never............ :)
