I've never had a sporting interest but thanks to a suggestion from the one and only Mark Sprintall, I became a MAMIL (middle aged man in lycra) last year having just clocked 40.</span></p>

For us Brits, that’s about 104 miles on average per day. I've been training best I can and can now comfortably do about 60 miles in a day but that's around Bucks, which is a lot flatter than Corsica!</span><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;quot; font-size: 11pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri;"> </span><span style="font-family: &amp;amp;quot; font-size: 11pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;"> </span></p>

Imagine not being able to move anything but your eyes and the sense of liberation it would give you to be able to play games and communicate with just the use of your eyes. Here is a 1 minute link of the incredible Charlotte. Her case study is a great one as it cost just £50 to make an adapted wii so that she could play with her friends and family.
