Story

thanks for taking the time to visit my justgiving page.

On the 9th October 2010 I will be travelling with a group all from Kent to Peru to follow the Inca Trail.  Our journey will begin in Cusco and before we reach the summit of Machu Picchu we will have trekked to over 4000m above sea level.  We should enjoy marvellous views of the ancient cloud forest and glaciated peak of Salkantay (627m) - 'the Maker of Awesome Skies'.

We are camping near the crumbling inca sites where the only access is on foot before finally descending the winding stone steps to Machu Picchu itself.

Our trip then takes us onto the Amazon Jungle where we will live for four days wth the likes of the locals - anaconda, tarantulas and swim in the river with piranha and electric eels all in aid of of Kent kids so please give what you can.

None of your support will go towards of our trip - every penny you give is passed on to the charities via Just Giving.  Thank you.
