Your support will help "Care for the Family" make a change to someones life. And for that alone i thank you.
My fund raising challenge is to lose a minimum of 21 pounds over a 12 week period. Adjudicated by Caroline of Barming Health and her Arriba Wellness Clubs 12 week weight loss Challenge. (Where i have had to go to be weighed every week)! If i do not lose the 21 pounds then no sponsorship pledged is payable. I am acheiving my goal by only eating fresh foods, lots of home cooking and loads of experimenting with new recipes and some walking.
I can honestly say that at the half way stage I have lost 19 pounds and feel better for it. I do plan to continue this regime for a further 12 weeks after this one is completed at the end of March as my personal weight loss goal is to lose over 3 stone this year and this fund raising challenge has certainly helped to keep me focused on my goal. So look out for a thinner me. I have pledges of sponsorship totalling over £700 at the moment.
22nd July update : total weight lost 24thJanuary to 22nd July = 42 pounds or 3 stone or 972 4 bar KitKats
