Paul Wright, Paul Newbury and Tom Corse are attempting this years London to Brighton Bike Ride. It may only be 55 miles but for a couple of us who haven't ridden bikes for 10 years+ its not going to be a straight forward day out!

We have chosen three charities to support and would welcome any support from our friends, colleagues and family.

We really hope you can find it within yourselves to offer any donations you can. We have chosen two charities close to our hearts (Cancer Research & Thames Valley Air Ambulance) along with the Race Charity, the British Heart Foundation) and will leave it up to you geneorus people to decide which cahrity you would prefer to support.
