On 27th to 29th March, over 21,000 swimmers will be heading down to over 600 pools across the UK to raise money for our two amazing charity partners, and Im going to swim 5k on Sunday 29th March! 

My story is that I just fancy a bit of a challenge to keep up the fitness to be honest, and this is a good target before summer lido training starts!..along with the fact im muffin topping out of my work trousers.....Please feel free to donate to charity, they are clearly both very good causes. 

Ok. Yes, we have battles with cancer going on in the family, who hasn't these days, but its just not my style to push that side of things; Im doing this for my own fitness goals.
