St.Vincent’s Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people throughout the Renfrewshire locality. We also provide home and respite care, together with day care facilities for up to 50 patients per week. In addition we offer a specialist counselling and bereavement service

As my friends and family know I don't dance Latino (in public) or play golf but love to cycle and run, even though I am getting on in years.

I am cycling round the Kintyre peninsula - 75-80 miles - in one day to raise much needed funds for St Vincents Hospice in Renfrewshire.
