On 6th November I'm doing my second Energy Challenge a 24 km hike up some challenging terrain in Sinai - should in hindsight have gone for the 'Caring' route as opposed to the 'Daring' route but well ... there you go. Hopefully less painful than last year's in the Omani dunes with 37 degree temperatures, but surely an exercise in masochism nonetheless.

Very grateful for a little spare cash for a good cause
