The Frost Foundation raises funds to help local children in the North West Region, who are disadvantaged by illness, circumstance or poverty. We donate items such as wheelchairs, special buggies and other pieces of equipment that will help a child and its family.

THE FROST FOUNDATION is based in Bury and helps to bring a little bit of sunshine to local children who need a helping hand. The following are just a couple of examples of how you could help out.

£1k to 3 year old Lleyton Coombes who has Neimans pic disease type C.  His family are hoping to take him to Florida whilst he can still fully enjoy the experience, we have pledged to help purchase the theme park tickets.

We are also buying a split level wendy house and garden play centre for a little girl called Tess who has Alexandra's Disease, which is a life limiting neuro degenerative illness, Tess' mum plans to use the equipment to help keep Tess motivated as well have a great play area for all of the children in the family.

We will also be meeting soon with Chatsworth High School, who have requested catering equipment to go in their new cafe which is currently under construction.  The Cafe will teach pupils of varying special needs how to cater for themselves and will hopefully give them added independence.

£1k for toys for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital to stay on the ward for all of the children to play with whilst they are in hospital.
