I'm not sure what I have let myself in for - on Sunday 4th August I'm taking part in a 100 mile sportive on the Olympic cycle route around London and Surrey with 20,000 other cyclists. That's twenty thousand! How do you avoid each other?

Anyway, I'm doing it because it's to help raise money for a fantastic, small, hardworking charity - Childnet. My daughter, Hannah, has worked for them for the past few years and they are instrumental in helping to make the internet a safer place for children.
