Story
Thanks for taking time to visit my page. I'm really grateful for your support.
From the 10th to the 13th July I'm pushing my body to it's limit by riding from London to Blois, in the Loire Valley, France with 120 colleagues from across Saint-Gobain, to celebrate the Group's 350 anniversary (http://www.saint-gobain.co.uk/saint-gobain-350-years/).
We will be cycling 100 miles a day for four days. This is not going to be a comfortable summer jaunt. It's four hard days in the saddle and one that is going to require adherence to a rigourous training program - one that will require sacrifices. The demands of four torturous back-to-back days in the saddle means I'll need to be training most evenings and weekends in preparation.
It's going to be a tough challenge but one I am up for though.
We are raising money for the Saint-Gobain together partnership (http://www.saint-gobain.co.uk/about-us/charity-partners/) which this year is supporting two charities that do amazing work: Macmillan Cancer Support and the Irish Cancer Society
