Here I go again doing stupid things!!!

I am doing this "sprint" triathlon (500 metre swim 20K cycle ride 5K run) on Sunday 10th June. I am aiming to raise loads of money for BRACE. My Dad died of Alzheimer's  and it was not good, so anything you could do to help would be fantastic!
