Virgin London Marathon 2011 · 17 April 2011 ·

We support the growing number of people in and around Milton Keynes affected by a life-limiting illness. We give our patients and their loved ones specialist, personalised care - free of charge. Only 13.8% of our costs are met by ongoing NHS funding, so we’re dependent on your support. Thank you.

Story

Dear All

I hear you you all saying 'he must be mad'. Well I am starting to think so! On the 17th April 2011 I will be taking part in the London Marathon, running, jogging, walking and crawling the 26 mile 385 yard course. My race number is 7112 so look out for me on the telly.

Apart from the amazing experience I will be hoping to raise as much money as possible for Willen Hospice. Willen Hospice is local charity which personally means a lot to me and my family. Willen Hospice needs continual support to provide the dedicated care to patients and their families.

Any donations will be very much appreciated no matter how small. Every penny counts!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
