On Saturday 3rd October Paul will be cycling 100km (just over 62 miles) as part of the Just Bike event in aid of the ME Association.

Paul's wife Rachel has ME and has been ill for 4 years. Paul is also asking people to give 10 minutes of their time to find out more about this illness and the role of carers in the UK.  Find out more on his blog 

This cycle ride is organised by Just Bike and the 100km route starts and finishes at Coate Water Country Park near Swindon and will take Paul around 6-7 hours to complete.

The ME Association (The MEA), founded in 1976 funds and supports research and provides information and support, education and training.

In this role, they benefit people with ME (myalgic encephalopathy)/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), professionals and all others interested in the illness.

All donations go to the ME Association and the Just Bike event will not take any of your sponsorship.  If you are able to give Gift Aid this will greatly increase what we are able to raise.
