I really should know better than this but I've decided to do the Great North Run!  It's the biggest half marathon in the world and it will take place in Newcastle Upon Tyne on Sunday the 20th of September.

I'm raising money for Finchale Training College which is a national, specialist college in County Durham.  Finchale is one of only 4 Residential Training Units in the country and the ONLY one in the north.  Finchale does brilliant work training disabled, unemployed adults and helping them find employment.  (If you'd like to read more about Finchale, please visit http://www.finchalecollege.co.uk/ )
