Brave Hearts will have been training  3 times a week for 8 weeks prior to the big event. This is 100% new to me and the team have given us some brilliant training, taking their own time out to enable us to raise money for this excellent cause. I'm under no illusions that this does not come naturally to me and having now finally committed (for better or worse, "committed" just about covers it...) to the big night, I hope you can make the blood, sweat and tears all worthwhile and contribute to the cause.

Tickets are still available for the event - they start at £20 for standing and £30-£40 for seated/ringside seats. There will be a whole evening of quality boxing bouts (and me) at the Sports Connexion, Ryton, Coventry on Friday 16th September, with bar facilities I hope I may get to later in the evening depending on the outcome!
