After a mishap with a stick a shiny concrete drive,  and some cleats I managed a lovely trip to A&E where I was pronounced injured  

Missed out on my hill climb this weekend (I'd been training for several months)  and not been on a bike now for 7 days as my arms don't work  so let's hope I get a bit of luck and keep out of trouble for one more week so that I can join the 51 other AT&T riders on The Mall at 09:00 Sumday 2nd October.
