On 18th October 2008, I'll be walking 7 or so miles in support of the British Heart Foundation, courtesy of 'Saints with Heart 7'.

We're a bunch of rugby supporters who got involved when three of our friends suffered heart attacks six years ago. Since then we've raised £71,000 and had a lot of fun.

This year, the BHF want us to help fund the appointment of an extra community based cardiac care nurse for the County. Your money will get used quickly and wisely.
