I Am Taking part In KLFM's Biggest Loser Challenge, I am doing the cambridge diet which consists of 3 shakes a day with No Food or Alcohol, with the only fluids i am allowed being Water and black tea or coffee!!! and when i say water i mean 4 litres a day!!

 

I have taken it upon myself to add to the pressure of losing weight by having people like yourself sponsor me for doing so, With all Money going to the Special Care Baby Unit!!! I am aiming at losing 4stone before christmas 2009 so please dig deep and help this special cause!
