I will be taking the next 4 weeks off coffee, tea, milk, alcohol and basically any other fluid than super, lovely, refreshing water. Whilst giving up my daily skinny latte will be painful, the benefits of enjoying a lot of clean, safe water will be immense.
I will be donating to WaterAid's Deliver Life appeal the money I save by not having all that other drink stuff and if you feel duly inspired (but not quite enough to give up your coffee, tea, wine and gin and tonics) then please do sponsor me....
And guess what every £1 donated to WaterAid’s Deliver Life appeal between 10th November and 10th February will be doubled by the UK Government, going to our Healthy Start work – meaning we can help twice as many mothers and babies stay safe and well.
