Georgie and I are running 10 miles each as part of the team participating in The Christie 50/50/50 challenge (50 teams running 50 miles to raise £50,000).

The 50/50/50 Challenge is aiming to raise £50,000 for The Christie, the largest cancer treatment, research and education centre in Europe. We are particularly supporting The Christie’s School of Oncology, to help fund major investment in the teaching facilities to educate future cancer specialists, and develop the very best talent in a world-class learning centre.

Us running 10 miles each will do no good whatsoever (except destroy our knees) unless you give money to this amazing institution. In fact, Georgie said she couldn't run 10 miles if you paid her, but donating money will certainly provide some good encouragement!.
