It's that time of year again when everyone's asking you for money for this, that and everything else and I'm joining them.

This year I'm once again joining 3000 other women walking 5km in my pyjamas around the streets of Haywards Heath from midnight on 16th July, raising much needed funds for our local hospice of St Peter's & St James'.

Earlier in the day I'm also doing the Race For Life at Ardingly, so I'll probably sleep well once I get home. 

I know times are tight, but if you could find a few pennies to sponsor me for either, or both events I (and the charities) would be very happy.
