Hi All

Yes i know i am at it again i am running The London Marathon on the 26th of April all for Help 4 Heroes. If you know me well you will know that i lost my nephew Brian Connell in DATE he was  on his way back to base after a night shift patroling the Kuwait/Iraq Border he was killed after his Landrover came off of the road and he was asleep in the back he was only 22years old way to young to die. My sister and family have suffered for years trying to deal with his loss. We all watch the poor boys who get flown back into RAF Lyneham and feel a great saddness for the family's and friends, but we also watch the ones that come back mamed and injured and the brave fights that they have to make to get back there lives, so to run for HELP 4 HEROES is a great privalidge for me, because they provide the long term care for the heroes that come back.
