Myself and a team from CO19 Specialist Firearms Command are completing the Paras 10 P Coy Challenge carrying 35IB Packs over 10 miles of hard cross country terrain run by The Paras selection team.  We hope to raise £1000 for Airborne Forces Charities.  3 Para are about to return for an unprecedented 3rd tour in Afghanistan.
