Hi, myself and colleagues from CO19 Specialist Firearms Command and SO6 Diplomatic Protection Group are again completing the Paras 10 P Coy Challenge carrying 35Ib Bergans plus water over 10 miles of hard cross country terrain in 1 hr 50 mins run by The Paras selection team.
We hope to raise £1200 for The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces. Last year one of our colleagues sons Pat Burns 3 Para ran the 10 miler with us then left for Afghan where he was injured by an IED losing his leg, ironically he was raising money for himself! So this year we are trying to beat our target which we did by almost double last year with £2900 raised with your help.
