So it&rsquo;s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.</p> <p><em><strong>Hi, myself and colleagues from CO19 Specialist Firearms Command and SO6 Diplomatic Protection Group are again completing the Paras 10 P Coy Challenge carrying 35Ib Bergans plus water over 10 miles of hard cross country terrain in 1 hr 50 mins run by The Paras selection team.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>We hope to raise &pound;1200 for The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces.&nbsp; Last year one of our colleagues sons Pat Burns 3 Para ran the 10 miler with us then left for Afghan where he was injured by an IED losing his leg, ironically he was raising money for himself!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; So this year we are trying to beat our target which we did by almost double last year with &pound;2900 raised with your help.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong> We appreciate how you get hit all the time for money by events and the current financial situation so anything you can spare will add up, ........Cheers Ric and the Teams.&nbsp; </strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>
