As the founder of Nowzad I see amazing supporters doing fantastic things to riase money for the Nowzad charity. So now it is my turn to personally challenge myself along with some of my mountaineering mates (the sunshine crew) to get out on the hill, have some fun and raise vital funds for Nowzad - basically we get to 'feed our rat' for the weekend....!

On Friday 2nd - we will start at the north ridge of Tryfan, jump across Adam & Eve, traverse the Glyder, descend to Pen Y Pass, and then tackle the Snowdon Horseshoe (Crib Coch first). 

One Saturday 3rd September we will guide our marvelous Nowzad supporters to the top of Snowdon completing a west to east traverse.

And finally after a few pints to recover the evening before on Sunday 4th September we will yomp Friday's route in reverse :) should be fun!
