I am doing a 5 kilometre swimathon on Sunday 17 October to raise funds for 100 eye operations in the Third World.

The cost of each eye operation is 17 pounds, around the cost of a bottle of wine in a restaurant, and it would totally transform a person's life.  If you find the cause worthy, please make a secure online donation to Sightsavers International through this page.  Any amount would make a difference: a lump sum or any multiple of 17 pounds.
