I am taking part in Life Cycle 3 in part because I wanted to be able to reciprocate, in a very small way, the contribution LC2 made to my own area of work. LC2 raised funds for Nottingham Potential, which I lead, and I am deeply grateful for the University’s commitment to raise funds for it and for the personal generosity of the other riders and the support team. 

Seeing more of the country through the ride is a huge bonus and a great privilege. And at a personal level, I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to prove that I am physically capable of meeting such a challenge.
