My story

PenniesWithPurpose is a charity project with the aim of collecting six million pennies, in commemoration of the six million Jewish lives lost in the Holocaust. A single penny, something so small and insignificant, can make a huge difference. Our total of six million pennies equates to sixty thousand pounds, and the proceeds will be split between six Holocaust related charities. This will not only help us to understand the reality of the number six million, but will also be beneficial to both Jews and non-Jews worldwide.

The money collected will be split between the following causes...

  1. Community of Krakow

  2. Community of Warsaw

  3. Cemetery Restoration

  4. Yad Vashem

  5. Bursary Funding

  6. WJR Sudan Project
