Story
On 17th May 2011 Harry came off his motorbike and broke his right femur, shattered his left tibia and fibula, and lost 40 mm of bone and a big lump of flesh. He was taken by air ambulance to Kings College Hospital London, and the long process of rebuliding, his legs began with the support of all the fantastic staff at the trauma and orthopaedic clinic.
Their work is supported by the KCH Limb reconstruction trust by identifying the needs of limb reconstruction patients and addressing needs which are unmet by the NHS.
Two years on Harry is revcovering well having had his TSF removed and has just started back to work two days per week.
We hope to raise money for the Trust to say thank you and to ensure that it can continue its work which has been invaluable in Harry's recovery.
