On 5th September 2009 I will be trekking up and down Mount Snowdon to raise funds for a fantastic local charity called Sophie's Appeal which raises funds to support sick children and their families during treatment of cancer or childhood diseases, provides resources for treatment and funds research into treatment and cures.
