Over 47,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – that's 130 men every day. Every hour one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 11,000 men every year. 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime.

I and 60 work colleagues will be walking 26 miles along the Thames on 19th May 2017 in support of my running pal Kevin Webber. On the 9th of June I'm also joining Kevin and SkySport's Jeff Stelling for day 8 on a 30 mile stretch as part of Jeffs March for Men.
