<p><strong>Over the last weekend of May 2012 I will be cycling the South Downs Way for Charity.</strong> The South Downs Way is about 100 miles, off road cycling, up and down hills, from Winchester to Eastbourne. And, whilst I may look like the model athlete, I can assure you that I'm not - as my exercise is currently restricted to playing pub sports. But that's all about to change as I'm raising money for a number of great causes (and there's more on the charity if you read on)...</p>
<p><strong>So please please dig deep and donate</strong>. You can do this through JustGiving which is simple, fast and totally secure.
