Well here I go again, not content with plodding round Stratford for 13 miles last year I have set my target slightly higher this time (approx 19,000 feet higher!) and will be attempting to climb Kilimanjaro in September. I could have done this off my own bat but decided to do some good whilst I was ticking off another item on my 'bucket list'.

In January I was introduced to Children Today who provide equipment for children and young people. They had helped Luke's family to provide a wheelchair so that he could become more mobile, having met Luke I realised how important it was to make the most of what we have! Luke spent all evening cracking jokes and making me and many others laugh, it really has put a different slant on my view of how we should all appreciate our lives and what we have.

So yet again I am asking you to put your hand in your pocket and sponsor me, my target is £4,000.00 and if each of you on my email list gave just £10.00 this target would be easily reached, obviously larger sums would be greatly appreciated.

If any of you are worried about my mental state I will give you my psychiatrist's number.
