WPF Therapy is the largest charitable provider of counselling and psychotherapy services in England. Founded in 1969 they work through a network of 28 centres in London and across England. They see over 15000 clients each year. Many of their clients cannot find the services they need within the NHS or afford the fees of private practitioners.

WPF Therapy's charitable work is directed toward making sure that everyone has access to someone to talk to, confidentially, in person and affordably. Therapy is ultimately the prevention and treatment of harsh emotions. They work to prevent despair, to help a person who feels lost feel like they have direction and someone who feels empty to find meaning in their life. They work with fear, self esteem, anger, distress, loss, bereavement and neglect. They work to replace these emotions with a sense of direction, clarity and control, and ultimately the peace of mind that so many people out there are searching for.
