My friend, Rod, has been diagnosed with Myeloma. If you know Rod you will be aware that his energy and positive attitude has inspired us all to raise awareness of this terrible disease, and to give something back. We are riding the length of Wales between 11th and 13th June 2015 in order to raise as much money as possible for Myeloma UK; and hopefully have some fun along the way.
