I was 60 in August, and this is likely to be my last ever sponsored event
I have put in an enormous effort training, and have lost 4 stone in weight !

Due to the political unrest in Eygpt, and security concerns
(The Eygptian presidential elections start on Nov 21st)
The ride has been switched to Jordan!
I will now be cycling 200 miles, on 4 days, beside The Dead Sea
There will, also, be 1 full day's trek around the ancient city of Petra <<<< Not sure how I'll cope with that, as I don't really walk much at all LOL
'CLATTERBRIDGE CANCER RESEARCH' is a charity that is very close to my heart!
So many of us are touched by cancer, in some way, and it is only by constant research into the causes + treatments that we can ensure that people beat it
I have to raise a minimum of £2,750, in sponsorship, and I have decided to donate £1,000 of of my own money to cover the costs of flights, accommodation etc.
Huge THANKS to a friend ( a real good guy) for his utterly amazing contribution to my total ..... no words, on here, can convey my feelings!
