<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>I was 60 in August, and this is likely to be my last ever sponsored event </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>I have put in an enormous effort training, and have lost 4 stone in weight !</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>*** STOP PRESS***</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Due to the political unrest in Eygpt, and security concerns</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>(The Eygptian presidential elections start on Nov 21st)</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>The ride has been switched to Jordan!</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>I will now be cycling 200 miles, on 4 days, beside The Dead Sea </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>There will, also, be 1 full day's trek around the ancient city of Petra <<<< Not sure how I'll cope with that, as I don't really walk much at all LOL</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>'CLATTERBRIDGE CANCER RESEARCH' is a charity that is very close to my heart! </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #3366ff;"><strong>So many of us are touched by cancer, in some way, and it is only by constant research into the causes + treatments that we can ensure that people beat it </strong></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">I have to raise a minimum of £2,750, in sponsorship, and I have decided to donate £1,000 of <span style="text-decoration: underline;">of my own money</span> to cover the costs of flights, accommodation etc.</span></strong></p>
