Okay so call me mad and very stupid but yes its true I am attempting to do cycle from John O Groats for Landsend in 14 days!!!! Its 950 miles, yes however way I try and break that down there's still no getting away from it its still 950 miles!!!!!! The big positive of such a challenge is the ability to raise some money for a good cause. I will be doing this ride to raise money for the Family Holiday Association who provide holidays to deprived families and children many of which will be seeing the sea for the very first time. Its a great cause and given what I do for a living its something that I believe will make a huge difference to the quality of life to those who would otherwise never had a chance to have a break from the trials of life.

Any donations are welcome no matter how large or small they are all greatfully recieved. 

I'm doing this ride with a mate of mine and we set off from John O Groats on the 20th of August and are due to arrive in Landsend on the 5th of September hopefully in one piece.

I will update on our progress during the adventure.
