Myeloma UK is the only organisation in the UK dealing exclusively with myeloma. We provide information and support to patients and their families and help myeloma patients live longer, with a better quality of life by accelerating the discovery, development of and access to new treatments.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm running the London Marathon again six years since I last ran it and I'm feeling much older this time round!

I thought it would be great to use my marathon run as an excuse to raise some money for charity and I have decided to donate any money I raise to two charities The Prostate Cancer Charity and Myeloma UK.

A few years ago I lost an uncle and last year I lost a dear friend both to prostate cancer and I also have a good friend who has recently heard she has myeloma hence my choices.

Now for the technical bit!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
