I am taking part in the annual GHCT Ride and Stride event on 10th September 2011. GHCT gave £4,000 to Holy Apostles a couple of years ago and we used that money to help build the disabled loo in the south porch. I feel we owe them something.
Being old and decrepit, I'm only proposing to do the short course, which is about 12 miles in total, from Farmington to Little Barrington and back. I'm suggesting people might like to sponsor me at 25p, 50p or £1 per mile, though I won't be offended if you'd like to give more! Thanks!
