Hi everyone..,thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As many of you will know, I'm gearing up to cycle the length of the British Isles by doing the John O'Groats to Land's End ride in February-March 2010.. Having drawn up a rough plan, and accounting for the Scottish winter(!), it should take about two & a half to three weeks (I won't be breaking any records!) and I'll do my very best to write some sort of blog along the way to keep everyone updated...
After some deliberation, and from some saddening personal experiences with patients affected by the condition, I have decided to fundraise for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA), a very worthwhile organisation who do some wonderful work helping to support people and their families living with this difficult and incurable illness as well as supporting research into MND and new treatments.
