<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I've never run a marathon before, in fact I've never been much of a runner. However this April, in Brighton, the stage is set for me to beat 10,000 other people to the finish line. Well, at least crawl over the finish line.&nbsp;</p> <p>I've already overcome rabbid Welsh sheep dogs, trained to seek out and test my Spartan resolve. (Reports at the time had the dog at over 9 foot tall and weighing 40 stone with teeth like bowie knives, or maybe it was a fluffy little pet I'm not sure.)</p> <p>From the mean roads of Newport I took to the moon lit streets of East London, lined with the cheering, "beautiful" ladies of the night (my favourites are around Aldgate).</p> <p>Now I've reached the "long run" stage of training, where I have to spend my Sundays doing 18 mile and above runs.
