I am running the Cardiff Half marathon for SOS Africa, which is a charity set up by former Swansea University student Matt Crowcombe. It aims to improve standards of life by giving children an education. That may not mean much here, but in Africa, Education is the best way out of poverty. The children helped by SOS Africa, are underpriveliged,a and trend towards the top of the class in there new school!
